Founded in 2006 with an initial focus on short-haul flights from Billy Bishop Airport in Downtown Toronto, the airline established a reputation for its relentless commitment to hospitality. In 2023, after vastly expanding its services through the introduction of long-haul jets, Academy was approached to promote their premium services to a growing list of destinations in previously unreachable markets. Our bold approach embraced a cheeky and playful side that has long existed within their brand personality, while introducing a newer more confident tone. The message was simple—you can settle for the steadily declining in-flight experience of their infamous national competition, or you can actually enjoy economy. |
